I grew up in NZ and remember having sore legs and difficulty walking at times. Growing pains said the doctor. I was a good all-round athlete, first and second. A great sportswoman all my life. Worked hard at physical jobs. Desk jobs were no good for me. Then a mild accident left me paralysed in a wheel chair for 7 months. I got out.
